In the midst of wondering, what I wish to do for living and how to myself get there. I won't find it strange for normal young people to feel a sense of lost in direction and people often say, you'll eventually get to a point in life to find out what they are. The word 'eventually' is tricky. I enjoy the security came from planning ahead and I understand very well that I won't appreciate the feeling of wasting time, stepping into the wrong path and left myself whining about how I should have done this and that instead (though it might have already happened), the undeniable truth is that- time won't wait for you to decide.
Determined to gather a rough list of realistic goals, both life and academic-wise and all i need right now is once again.. time, to get them done before they can 'eventually' bring to me somewhere i'd like to be at.

HELLO 2013

Had one of the best holidays I've ever had with my loved ones the past couple weeks, felt just like a sweet escape from school and work. Though after tonight everything is gonna jump back to the regular routine.. I'm glad that every day of this holiday was well spent and quite excited for a fresh new beginning starting from tomorrow! Hope yours went equally amazing or even more fabulous. ♥

POST-EXAM CHECKLIST

1. Reorganize my shoe closet & make it easier to look at
2. More christmas decor
3. Sell/ clear the unnecessary home furniture
4. Course planning for next term
5. Christmas shopping!


In the midst of the dreadful exam period, just by staring at this post-exam to do list is already good enough to make my life at this moment much less miserable. Other than that, I realize the notion of home reorganization is starting to become a routine every school break... That I find myself really enjoy creating new decorations, clear old stuff and move things around, practically make home a cozier place to live in. : )

SUMMER CHECKLIST☀

My summer holiday is (finally) starting next week after the final exam. and here's the simple outline of how my three-week-long summer will go, nothing fancy but at least it excites me much more than my microbiology textbook.

1. work
2. reorganize home- feels like it's becoming a routine on every break, but it'll take extra effort this time as countless paper boxes and furniture moved in from parent's old house.. still can't believe there are four couches sitting in my living room atm
3. shop for huge rug and bar stools
4. haircut (& possibly gradient dye:)
5. sewing projects- including pants alternation and making new clothes, too much ideas running on my mind that i can't wait to get it started
6. RUN on the track & field right across home on every sunny day- this one is prob the hardest to carry out as it has been long overdue since i got my runners during wintertime... but gotta make the most of the short summer we have in Vancity!
7. Minor closet re-do -still quite happy with how it's organized since it has only been a year since i moved in, but just wanted to make an update by replacing the old clothes with the new inspiring pieces
8. READ READ & READ- just 'cause the books are starting to get dusted on the bookshelf..
9. Day trip to States- yes again, time to get my wardrobe fall-ready ♥

Decided to stay home the past sunday to make some basket covers with the fabric scraps left off from last time's cushion making. They don't look perfect but I'm very pleased with the results:)

Love how the summer schedule leaves me more free time to do some sewing. Planning on making a dress-like apron inspired those in Anthropology during my last visit... gotta head to fabric store soon!x
